Subject :Covid testing in patients having received full vaccination —-when do we stop testing?

Since more patients are coming with full vaccination—-two weeks after second dose—-at what point can we use their vaccine card and no longer require covid testing preop? Not until closer to herd immunity is my best guess—-don’t see specific guidance yet on this but according to what I’ve read from cdc we should continue testing at this point.

Thoughts?

I’m also looking for guidance. Confusing because we’re being told that in spite of vaccination CDC recommending PCR testing.
